Hardik J. Desai, aged 44 years, is the Managing Director & Chairman of our Company. He has completed his bachelor of commerce from South Gujarat University. He has more than twenty years of experience in the textile and apparel Industry. He is responsible for our Company’s overall business operations and is responsible for setting forth the strategy and vision of our Company. He is the Promoter of our Company and has been associated with us since inception.
Currently he holds directorship in Trident Lifeline Limited, TLL Parenterals Limited, Tricorp Ventures Private Limited, Tricorp Industries Limited, Trident Mediquip Limited. Apart from this he is designated partner in Shree Santram Silk Mills LLP.
Mr. Chetan Chandrakant Jariwala
(Whole Time Director)
Chetan C. Jariwala, aged 45 years, is the Whole-time Director of our Company. He has completed his bachelor of commerce. He has more than twenty years of experience in the textile and apparel Industry. He is responsible for the Company’s growth and business development. He looks after the day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s product development strategy. He is the Promoter of our Company and has been on the board since February 20, 2013.
Currently he holds directorship in TLL Parenterals Limited, Tricorp Ventures Private Limited, Trident Mediquip Limited. Apart from this he is designated partner in VN Capital Services LLP, Talon Healthcare LLP, Tench Life Sciences LLP and Shree Santram Silk Mills LLP.
Mrs. Ankita Jignesh Saraiya
(Independent & Non-Executive Director)
Mrs. Ankita Jignesh Saraiya is the Non-executive and Independent Director of our Company from 01.02.2018. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from South Gujarat University and has good experience of taking policy decisions related to business. She is active in various social activities particularly women’s organization of Surat. She is currently working as a teacher in a well known school.
Currently she does not hold any directorship in any entity.
Mr. Manish Dhirajlal Halwawala
(Executive Director)
Mr. Manish D. Halwawala aged about 52 years is Diploma in Man Made Fibre Fabric. He has around 30 years of rich experience in the textile and Food and Beverage industry. He has joined the company from 11th November, 2020 as an executive director.

Dr. Mishal Shailesh Patel
(Independent Director)
Dr. Mishal Shailesh Patel is Consultant pediatric surgeon at Parul Sevashram Hospital, Neel Surgical Hospital For Children, Isha Hospital, Lotus Hospital, Ashirwad Super Speciality Children Hospital, Vadodara. His educational qualifications includes MBBS, MS (General surgery), MCh ( Pediatric surgery) Gold medalist, MRCS (Edinburgh).
Currently he holds directorship in Trident Lifeline Limited.
CS Rahul Jariwala
(Company Secretary and Compliance Officer)
Mr. Rahul Jariwala holds the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company . He is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. He is primarily responsible for ensuring Compliance with various Acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to the Company and he also possess good knowledge of finance, accounts and related apsects.
Jenish Jariwala

Mr. Jenish Jariwala holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. He has approximately 18 years of experience in the accounts and finance sector.
